Gold Framed Poinsettia

Good Friday morning!  I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I was up early Thursday morning and had the opportunity before starting my meal preparations to play in the Splitcoaststampers Ways To Use It challenge .  The challenge was to use ribbon in a different manner other than in a bow or straight line across the card front.

I created a large single poinsettia and a gold embossed frame for my project.  I added heat embossed and curled strands of gold organdy ribbon to embellish the flower and to match the gold frame.

Enjoy the rest of your long holiday weekend.  Beware out there on Black Friday.  I will surely be home and avoiding that awful rush.
