It’s Wednesday and that means we are half way through the work week. Isn’t it terrible to wish our days away looking forward to the weekend!!! I have another floral project to share with you today. I made this for the Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge.
Here is what I came up with. I really like the two blues together but they were hard to photograph and get the true colors.
I thought a triple matted frame would be great to bring in all three colors for the challenge. I also repeated all three colors in the flower spray and chose the lighter blue for the embossed background.
I could a picture mounted inside the frame but would possible need a few less flowers. LOL! Check out the upper right hand side of my home page if you would like to see my punched flower tutorial, my flower spray tutorial and my matted frame tutorial.
I hope you have a great day and I appreciate you checking in.
Paper: White, Blue Bayou, Soft Sky
Accessories: Cuttlebug EF, Nestabilities Oval Scalloped and Regular Dies, Martha Stewart Hydrangea Multi Punch and Branch Punch, EK Success Rock Fern, Stylus, Glossy Accents, Mat, Mounting Tape
Those colors are beautiful together! Love the coordinating spay! Have a wonderful day Kittie!
OH Kittie, I love these colors, so pretty and of course your spray is wonderful, all the shades in it are so perfect!!
Thanks for sharing
hugs
Donna
Ow wow Kittie…you are SO AMAZING!!! That colour combo is divine and your flowers and frame and embossing just work SO WELL together! Oh to have a tidbit of your creativity:)
Such a soothing palette of blue shades, Kittie. I am still trying to perfect my flowers and just when I think I might have done it, I look at yours and realize that “I’m not quite there”!
So beautiful Kittie!
Missed this in the gallery, so I will comment here! Gorgeous!! I love these colors together and they worked wonderfully with your framing!!

Great job on using the color combo. I haven’t left a comment lately but do check
every day to see the beautiful creations.
You do such lovely work. I look forwards to
seeing your cards each day.
Hang in there…the weekend is almost here.
My word your work is just fabulous and your blog so inspiring I just love it! Chanelle xx
Your blog is one of the bright spots in my day. I love seeing your beautiful creations and find them so inspiring. I recently purchased some of the punches you use and I have been having a “playing good time”. When I was still working we called Wednesday “hump day”. Once you get over the hump it is downhill all the way.
Oh Kittie, this is just stunning!!
Your cards are truly an art. I’ve tried your tutorials and I fail miserably in making my floral displays even remotely look like yours but I’ll keep trying! Thank you for the inspiration…you keep the bar high!! 😉
WOW! Every time I check-out your Blog (daily now), my breath is taken away. Just when I think you can’t create anything more stunning and breathtaking, you do !!! These are my most fav colours in the entire world and you just made me extremely happy seeing what you did with them — Totally Amazing ♥
Very nice! I definitely might make a similar card to this. Would you use a box or an envelope to hand this lovely card to someone?
You always make the prettiest sprays-such a beautiful design
