I never tie of making an Easter Bunny spring scene with flowers. Framing the scene with a decorative frame adds a touch of elegance for the whimsical scene. My project today was made using Impression Obsession Bunny Set, Ornate Square Frame, Grass Border, Small Grass Border, Tiny Flowers, Butterfly Set and Leaves and Stems.
The first thing I did was attach the inner square cut frame to the Ornate Square Frame using double stick tape. Next I attached the Small Grass Border and Grass Border to the back side of the frame using double stick tape. I cut a piece of white cardstock 2.5″ square and applied Tumbled Glass ink with an ink blending tool to create a soft blue sky background for the scene. I applied thin strips of mounting tape around the back of the frame and attached the blue sky layer. Double stick tape was applied to the back of the scene and frame layer and then I attached it to the 4.5″ square card base.
The bunny was colored using a mini applicator and Antique Linen and Vintage Photo ink. The Tiny Flowers were formed using the stylus from my Garden Tool Kit and a molding pad. The flowers were attached to the Stems with glossy accents and then tucked in behind the grass using glossy accents. I gently rounded the bunny body with my fingers and attached him in the scene with a piece of mounting tape. One butterfly was added to the top of the frame to draw the eye up balance the bottom heavy scene.
Thanks for coming by today and I hope you have enjoyed my Easter Bunny spring scene card with flowers.

Kittie,
What a great spring card. You truly are the Queen of flowers & critters. Your animals are always so perfect. Thank you for sharing your wonderful creativity.
Trop belle, cette carte. Gros bisous et bonne soirée !
ADORABLE, Kittie!!!! I am SO READY for Spring here! LOL The mud just gets deeper & deeper! My husband had to rescue a sick chicken from the mud this afternoon. Poor thing. But, we know she is getting better, as she finally ventured outside. LOL Bunnies are a FAVORITE of mine & I LOVE this SWEET LITTLE SCENE!! 😉
This is so pretty.
Living in Canada we won’t see this scene outside for a couple of months.
Snowing like crazy to-day.
very cute spring scene, great framing of it too!
This is such a beautiful card. I have not been able to find the tiny butterfly die however. The link above does not work. Has this die been discontinued?
