Good Sunday morning. My project today is a die cut flowers and scalloped lattice frame card made using several dies by Rubbernecker Stamps. The background layer was made using the Nested Rectangle Scallop w/ Holes and the frame was made using the Nested Oval Scallop w/ Pierce. I inserted the Circle Lattice in the frame opening and used the Mixable Flower Stack and Leaf Group for the floral arrangement. At first I thought to use only purple flowers but then decided a mix of colors would be pretty.
The Scallop Layer and Scallop Frame
Cut the rectangle scallop frame using purple cardstock and attach to the card base using strips of mounting tape.
Line up the two scallop oval frames on the white cardstock and run through the die cutting machine to create frame.
Cut the circle lattice die suing white cardstock.
Attach the circle lattice piece to the back of the scallop frame using double stick tape. Trim off excess.
Apply double stick tape to the back of the frame and attach over a piece of white cardstock.
Apply double stick tape to the completed scallop lattice frame and attach it to the purple layer,
The Flowers
Cut four sets of the purple and pink flowers and two of the yellow.
Place the flower sections face down on a molding pad and form each petal using the round stylus.
Place the flower sections face up on the molding pad and press down in the center with the small tipped stylus to pull the petals up.
Assemble each flower by attaching two of the largest flowers sections together using glossy accents.
Complete each flower by attaching the medium and small flowers sections using glossy accents.
The Foliage Base and Flowers
Cut three sets of foliage
Trim off foliage stems
Arrange the foliage around the frame and attach with glossy accents.
Attach flowers to the foliage base using glossy accents.
Complete by attaching small sections of foliage to fill in around the flowers.
Apply glossy accents to each flower center and attach a white pre made Nuvo Crystal Drop to finish.

The Stenciled Pattern
I don’t often use a stenciling technique but thought it would be fun to see if I could use the lattice die cut to create a nice pattern. I cut the Circle Lattice Die using a 4.5″ piece of scratch cardstock. The die is only two inches wide and I wanted to double the size so I line the die up along the first cut line and cut a second time to create a 4″ square die cut. I placed the die cut lattice over a piece of white cardstock to use as a stencil and secured in place using painter’s tape. Next, I used a stylus tool and foam tip along with Tumbled Glass ink to create the lattice pattern on the cardstock layer. Once I was finished I heat set the ink with my heat gun.
The Frame
I cut a Square Combo frame using the patterned cardstock and cut a second frame using white cardstock. I turned the white and patterned frame layers face down and attached them all together using double stick tape. Next, I applied strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the 5″ square card base.
The Butterfly and Flowers
I cut both sections of the 2 Part Butterfly #2 using white cardstock. Next, I applied Tumbled Glass to the base butterfly using the stylus and foam tip. I applied the blue ink to a scratch piece of white cardstock and cut tiny flowers using the Flower Buds die. I cut several pieces of Flower Stems to use along with the flowers to embellish the butterfly. I used my molding pad and stylus to form the tiny flowers.
Die Cut Lattice and Butterfly Card
I attached the white decorative layer of the butterfly to the blue base using glossy accents. Next, I attached white flower stems to the butterfly using glossy accents to create a base for the flowers. I used glossy accents to attach flowers and then attached the whole embellished butterfly to the lattice frame using a piece of mounting tape. I finished by applying small dots of glossy accents to the flower centers and attaching white pre made Nuvo Crystal Drops.

It was lots of fun creating my lattice stenciled frame to match the lattice die cut and I have been inspired with lots of ideas for using some of my other dies to create stencils for future projects. I lined up the circle lattice die on my cardstock and cut. I lined it up against the first cut and cut a second time. I wanted the lattice background to be large enough to fit in behind the scalloped frame. I measured and cut the lattice and attached to the back of the frame using double stick tape. I applied thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the framed lattice and attached it to the pink scalloped layer. I applied another layer of mounting tape to the back of the pink layer and attached it to the white card base.
Lattice and Butterfly with Flowers
I cut the pink and white butterflies, applied glossy accents to the body portion of the white butterfly and attached it to the pink butterfly. Next I applied mounting tape to the back of the butterfly and attached it to the lattice layer. I cut one section of the flower layers, formed them with my stylus and molding pad and attached the sections together using glossy accents. I cut a couple sections of the leaf group and cut the branches apart. I created a foliage base on the back of the butterfly by attaching a few branches using glossy accents. The large flower was attached to the foliage base with glossy accents and then I tucked several more branches under and around the flower and butterfly to fill in the arrangement. I formed tiny flowers using my stylus and molding pad and attached the flowers all around the foliage using glossy accents. I attached one pre made white Nuvo Crystal Drop in the center of the large flower to finish.

Good Thursday morning. I have a fun project to share with you today with a garden lattice die cut wall covered with foliage and colorful flowers and flower border. It was made using Rubbernecker 5026D Circle Lattice Die, 5114D Mini Flower Stack, 5118D Leaf Group Die, 5126D Tree Panel #1, 5030D Nested Oval Scallop Die and 5131D Square Combo #1 OPC Die.
Garden Lattice Die
I lined up the circle lattice die and cut it out twice. I cut a thin strip of white cardstock and attached it in the center of the two lattice sections using double stick tape. I trimmed the tree panel sections and attached the sections to the lattice layer using drops of glossy accents. The scalloped frame was attached to the lattice panel using double stick tape and then it was attached to the blue background layer with strips of mounting tape. The completed lattice layer was attached to the pink layer and green layers using double stick tape and then was attached to the white card base using mounting tape.
The Flowers
I formed all the flowers using my stylus and mounting tape. I cut a scalloped oval, trimmed it and attached two sections to the front of the lattice frame using strips of mounting tape. I tucked pieces of foliage in behind the grass and attached with double stick tape. The flowers were attached to the foliage using glossy accents. I finished by adding the tiny pre made white Nuvo Crystal Drops to the larger flowers using glossy accents.

Good Tuesday morning. I have been in a scene making mood lately so you may see another one or two coming up this week. My scene today was made using my new My Favorite ThingsLattice Fence and paired it with the Memory BoxGrand Oak Tree.
I cut the tree using olive cardstock, colored the trunk and limbs with a brown marker and attached to the card base with rolled glue dots. I cut the fence and attached mounting tape to the back and mounted to the card base in front of the tree.
I added a thin strip of mounting tape to the bottom of the card base and attached the grass die. I cut two leafy branch 2 and cut into small sections to use a flower stems. I punched lots of tiny 1/8th inch circles, formed with my tiny stylus and attached to the stems with glossy accents. I attached the flower stems along the border of the fence with glossy accents.
I added the clouds in the background (an afterthought) and attached with rolled glue dots. I finished by adding three small pink butterflies to add one more touch of pink to the scene and draw the eye up to the tree and clouds. I love the new fence and how crisp it looks against the blue background and olive green.
