Good Thursday morning. I was in the mood to make a see thru window project and turned to the Impression Obsession Large Window with Box set. I paired the window with the Tiny Flowers, Leafy Branch and Pine Sprig Cluster set to create the spring flower arrangement and created the window shade using the Border Duo 1.
I placed the blue layer and scored white layer on the card based attaching with ATG adhesive. I cut the window die and used the window as a template to draw lines for cutting the see thru window. You can see a step by step tutorial of this process on my blog here. I attached the window to the front of the card using mounting tape. I attached the decorative shade to the inside opening of the window and then attached a second window over the opening to give the inside of the card a clean finish.
I attached the window box to the card front using a double layer of mounting tape so it would stand out a little further than the window. I inserted the branches and pine springs to the create the foliage base for the arrangement and then attached the colorful flowers. I inserted the pretty blue checkered paper on the inside of the card to add a bit of country charm to finish my window scene. I think adding a note or sentiment on the back of the card would make this is a perfect cheery card for any occasion.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Absolutely beautiful! You continue to amaze me. 🙂
Love those windows and especially love all of your cards featuring windows….
Beautiful window box and love the window shade. Hoping to see some
pretty flowers start to pop with the little bit of warmer weather here today.
So precious Kittie! I love the flower box on the card, just over-the-top precious!
Good Morning, Kittie. I love how these window cards, bring so much warmth to any occasion. this is a beautiful country feeling, of warmth and love. If I made this one, I would put the message on the back and then place backwards in the envelope, to read the message first, and then they would turn the card over to see the wonderful picture. I would have also placed a piece of card stock or bubble over the front to protect the window scene. Just a thought to share .I love this card…….have a good day.
This card is bright and beautiful. It has brightened my day today, kinda frustrating and a little stressful. The colours you have used are perfect for this scene. I really like the addition of the blue gingham paper. This would be a lovely card to brighten someone’s day that was shut in and couldn’t go out. Cards can make a huge difference to someone who needs cheering up. I know how much it meant to me when friends brought a beautiful card and a bouquet of carnations to me in the hospital, the carnations are finished but I still have and enjoy that special card. I will treasure it always. Thank you for sharing today.

This is brilliant Kittie.
Hi Kittie – each and every element is so crisp, clean and perfect! I love the wood siding and the blue and white inside the window reminded me of wallpaper — cute! Thank you for bringing a smile to me, inside and out :*
