There is just something I love about creating framed die cut paper flowers on my card projects. Adding a sweet sentiment like the one I used today adds another special touch. “If I had a flower for every time I think of you, I could walk in my garden forever!”
My project was made using Rubbernecker Wildflower Set, Mixable Flower Stack Die 5112D, Rectangle Stitch One Piece Combined Die, Small Leaf Group and Small Butterfly.
I started by cutting out the frames and kept three of them attached together. I love the stitched borders and think it adds interest to the frame. I secured the stamp and cardstock in my MISTI and stamped the image using black Versafine. The frame was attached over the sentiment on the card front using mounting tape.
The flowers were formed using the stylus from my Garden Tool Kit and molding pad and I attached the layers together using glossy accents. I applied glossy accents to the back of the flowers and attached them to the frame corners. I gently curved the leaves using my fingers and tucked them under the flowers and attached them with glossy accents. I added snow pearls to the flower center for the perfect finish.
I appreciate you coming by today and sure hope you have been inspired to make a framed die cut paper flowers card of your own.
