I have another die cut butterfly wings with flowers project to share with you today using Rubbernecker’s 627-03 Fluttering By sentiment, 946-01B 2 Part Butterfly #1, 5110D Small Leaf Group, 5109D Mixable Flower Stack and 5131D Square Combo #1 OPC.
I began by securing the cardstock and sentiment stamp in my MISTI, applied versa, stamped the image and then heat embossed with gold embossing powder. I attached the frame over the sentiment using strips of mounting tape. I attached the frame layer to the card base using strips of mounting tape.
I attached both layers of butterfly to the frame base using mounting tape. I formed the flowers using my stylus and molding pad, and attached the layers together with glossy accents. I cut several pieces of foliage, applied versa and embossed with gold embossing powder. The flowers and foliage were attached on the butterfly using glossy accents. I gold embossed a small piece of cardstock with gold powder, punched out 1/8″ circles and attached them in the flower centers using glossy accents.
I sure do appreciate you coming by today and I wish you a wonderful Easter weekend. I hope you have been inspired to get out your stamps, dies and embossing powder and create your own clean and simple die cut butterfly wings with flowers project.
