Good Sunday morning. I have a fun bike die cut scene card to share with you today using the new Impression Obsession Bike, Tiny 5 Petals, Tiny 6 Petals along with the Grass Border, Leaves and Stems and All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2.
Bike Die Cut
I started by cutting the bike die out using both red and black and attached the pieces together using glue dots. I colored the handle bar grip, seat and petal using a black Copic marker.
Basket of Flowers
I cut the basket and secured all the negative pieces back in place from the back with double stick tape to create the wicker appearance. I used Vintage Photo ink and a mini applicator to color the basket. I cut out red, white and blue flowers and formed them using my small tipped stylus and molding pad. I cut several green stems and attached the flowers to each stem using glossy accents. I arranged and attached the flowers to the back of the basket using glossy accents. I began attaching the shorter front flowers first and then worked my way back adding taller flower stems to fill in the arrangement. I have to admit…..I love how sweet this basket turned out.
Assembling the Scene
I hand cut a green grass strip using my deckle scissors, die cut a grass border and attached them to the back of the blue frame with double stick tape. Next I attached thin strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the card base. I tucked the bike in behind the grass border and secured it in place with small pieces of mounting tape. I applied glossy accents directly the blades of grass border and attached the tiny flowers to create a flowering border. I finished by attaching the basket of flowers to the card base with a piece of mounting tape.
I’d be happy to ride that pretty red bike with the basket full of flowers. How about you? I appreciate you coming by today and I hope you have been inspired to get out your bike die cuts and die cut flowers to create a fun outdoor scene of your own.

Kittie, whenever I look at your wonderful cards like this with so many tiny pieces, I am always amazed. I would have never been able to FIND all of those pieces that you placed back into the basket, let alone put them back in! LOL! My little pieces just start flying all over the place when I take the top cutting plate off and they go everywhere as I move the die cut off the bottom plate and out of the die. I wish I could control the “flyaway” and try some inlay work like this.
I’ve always passed on the bicycle dies I’ve seen out there, but this card is so cute you may have changed my mind about them.
As always – beautiful card!!!
HOW CUTE is this, Kittie! I LOOOOVE the colors you’ve used & just the OVER-ALL CARD! It SCREAMS warm, sunny weather! 😉 You little flowers are WONDERFUL!!! 😉 BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!!!!!!
Good Afternoon, Kittie: Spring is sure busting out all over. with all these gorgeous flowers. Makes one think of riding down a country road to harvest the beauty of spring. AH! the beauty of spring……..love the colors, and your layout. just gorgeous.

Ah, Kittie! This has such a classic style. Love the way you fit the bike into the frame and I can think of a million ways to use both the bicycle and the farm die. You have showcased these great new products beautifully. Thanks so much!
