Easy Coffee Lovers Card

September 29th was “National Coffee Day” and was a great opportunity to make an easy coffee lovers card.  Brass and Bliss are having a 20% sale on all coffee related items through Oct 4.

I had fun making this easy coffee lovers card using the Brass and Bliss Mix and Match Coffee Cups paired with the Rectangle Combo OPC #4, Coffee Cats clear set, Java Good Time 6×6 Paper Pad and Classic Nested Circles.  The designer paper was the perfect background to highlight the big coffee cup and sentiment.  The paper pad cardstock is nice weighted #80 paper and is heavy enough to use for die cutting. I especially love how all the colors of the coordinating papers match so well.

easy coffee lovers cards for friends and family

The Rectangle Combo OPC sections were attached together using double stick tape to create a frame and were attached to the designer paper card base using strips of mounting tape. The coffee cup sections were cut from papers from the Java Good Time pad.  The cup parts were assembled using Nuvo Precision adhesive and mounting tape.  I cut a small  Classic Nested Circle, stamped the sentiment and finished by attaching it to the cup.
