Walking the Convention Floor and Sore Feet

This was our last day to walk the Craft and Hobby Association convention floor. Although I enjoyed every minute of all three days my feet and legs have really suffered. I have a few pictures I want to share.  We wandered over to the Spellbinders display again today so Dave and Pat, the owners of Rubbernecker Stamp Company could have another opportunity to see the complete product line.  While we were there we snagged a picture of our group with Stacey, the owner of Spellbinders.  What a sweetheart she is.

I was intrigued with this piece of art done by Kathy, at General Pencil as she did it totally with watercolor pencils and an aqua pen.  The colors, scenery and misty sky was just gorgeous.  This picture does not do it justice.  I felt inspired by Kathy’s work to try working with my watercolor pencils again.

Cosmo Cricket had a wonderful exhibit.  I thought you would enjoy seeing a picture of one complete display of a new product line.

I fell in love with the Basic Grey exhibit. I have a couple shots for you to see.

As we were getting ready to leave this afternoon we happened to run into my sweet Natasha Trupp (Tashers).  Natasha and I served on the Dirty Dozen team together for six months as we were asked to join the same month.  I enjoyed working with Natasha so much and she is such a talented and lovely young woman. She is such a tiny thing as you can see by our picture that I tower over her.

I’m spending the evening with Jeanne and Sherry at our hotel and I will fly out to go home tomorrow morning.  I will be happy to get home and see my husband and animals and I’m sure I will be tired when I get up to go to work on Thursday morning.
