Hi everyone. I had a big treat today because I got to have lunch with my dear friend and Rubbernecker design team mate Charlene Merrick (LilLuvsStampin). Charlene and her husband come to visit Mickey Mouse every winter and this is our fourth year to get to visit with each other. She came and met me at my work and we had a great time although just not long enough. Oh….and….stamping did come up a couple of times in the conversation. I took my camera with me so we could get a picture of us together again.
I feel bad for Charlene and Terry since our Florida weather has not been very cooperative. They left the snow in Michigan to find some Florida sunshine and all they have gotten is cold and rainy weather. Charlene…..next year come near the end of March.
CHA Sample….Day 26
Today is the 26th day of Stampavie CHA samples. I am sharing a project with a Helz Cuppleditch image called Easter Scenery.
I stamped the image on watercolor paper and then again on scrap paper to have for additional layers to pop up. I watercolored the images with a brush and reinkers and sponged the area around the image for highlight. I colored and cut out several of the additional images and popped them up to create dimension and added a few touches of stickles for sparkle.
Here is a closer view.
I hope you will go over to the Stampavie Design Team Blog and check out the other wonderful posts.

Such a beautiful image, Kittie, and you add ever so much more with your incredible coloring talent; I love all the popped up parts too for that little something extra special. How wonderful that you were able to have another yearly visit with Charlene and that she is on the DT with you now–double blessings!! It may not have been warm outside, but the warmth of friendship more than makes up for it.
