I have a fun springy card to share with you that I made for the SCS Color Challenge. The challenge was to use Pear Pizzazz, Regal Rose and So Saffron. What wonderful spring colors and perfect to use with daffodils and butterflies.
The image was stamped twice on watercolor paper and heat set. I painted the images with reinkers and water and then cut one set of the daffodils out to pop up over the main image to add dimension to the garden. I applied versa to the images and embossed with clear embossing powder to make the colors pop. I popped up the extra daffodils with rolled up glue dots as they hold so much stronger than using dimensionals. The butterfly was attached with rolled up glue dots as well. The frame was created using Nestabilities and and attached with mounting tape.
