Good Wednesday morning. My project today was made for the Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge. The challenge was to use Blushing Bride, Certainly Celery, So Saffron and a neutral. I loved this color combination and thought it would be so soft to create flowers with. I have gone a little punched flower crazy lately but can’t seem to help myself. They are so much fun to make and arrange with. I pulled out one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! sets- Long-Time Friends to frame the sentiment and surround with an arrangement of pretty soft pink and yellow flowers and soft green foliage.
I created a double mat frame using Nestabilities and mounted over the stamped sentiment on the front of the card. I arranged and attached the flowers and foliage on the frame using adhesive and holding the pieces in place with my paper piercer. The crisp card front and flowers look almost like a porcelain frame. I think this would be so beautiful mounted in a shadow box style frame to give to a good friend for a gift.
Here is a front view.

You can check out my punched flower tutorial and flower spray tutorial for more details on how I made the flower spray.
I hope you having a great week.
