Weekend Fun

I have had lots of fun this weekend in my stamping room.  I hope you have had a great weekend as well. I thought I would do one big blog post and show all the projects I came up with.

Here’s a sweet little girl image on another clean and simple project.

I went to Michael’s today with my 40% off coupon and purchases a Martha Stewart Cornflower punch.  I couldn’t wait to give it a try.  Here is what I came up with. I had this punched square left over from the Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page tutorial I posted yesterday. I decided to put it to use as a frame with a sweet sentiment and a few paper punched cornflowers.  Check out my tutorial on punched flowers if you would like to know how I made these flowers.

  1. Oh Kitty that is a fabulous gallery – testimony to a weekend well spent. I’m so pleased to have found your blog a few months ago – TFS.

  2. Love your truck scene and the textures around it, your magnolia is so pretty, keeping it clean and simple really draws your eye right to it, Oh I love what you have done with that new punch, I think I have that one, will have to give it a try.

  3. Love the cornflowers! Could you please give us a little more details on how to make them since they are made a little different than the video?
    Thanks
