The Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge this week was to use chocolate chip, olive and vanilla. I created my card using the brown as the most dominate color and created my flowers and foliage in the vanilla and green. In truth, I created my whole project and had forgotten to include olive at all. Ugh. I was just getting ready to take my first picture when I realized it. I added a few additional sprigs in olive although I really liked it better without.
Check out my tutorials on how to create punch paper flowers and floral sprays and wreaths on the top right of blog page. If you want to give them a try I just warn that making these flowers can become a little addicting.

Oh Kittie your card is just BBBB-UUUU-TIFUL.
I love your take on those colours – Elegant and Classy with a capital ‘K’!
Kittie, your floral sprays are sooo stunning!! Love the way you used this week’s colors on your card!
What a wonderful card-I am sure it is beautiful without the greenery but I like the touch of green as well.
Challenged you huh? 🙂 End result is gorgeous! Off to check out you tutorials.
BTW – you are rocking out the watercolring! Is that your’s as your header? Beautiful job!
Simply gorgeous!
Lovely card, Kittie. At least you give those color challenges a try whether you’re always happy with the outcome or not. I guess I just have to have too much control to let someone else pick my colors! LOL!!! I keep thinking I’ll try a sketch challenge, but so far haven’t done that either.
Absolutely gorgous! I will be making flowers forever…however, I love it and appreciate your creative juices. I look forward every morning for your beautiful inspirations…
Your card is just gorgeous, love all the little flowers and those butterflies are just the perfect touch. Fantastic take on the color challenge.
This is gorgeous, Kittie! I love the big oval and the flowers/foliage are so pretty! I’m looking forward to crafting with you at part of the RN DT!!
Just Gorgeous, such lovely framing of that neat sentiment, love that font!
