The Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge Tuesday was to use Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Marina Mist. I loved the soft color combination although I don’t have some of those colors but substituted with what I had on hand. Here’s what I came up with.
I created the sky background on white cardstock using a hand cut cloud template and sponge. I punched the tree out of pale green, crimped it, then applied flower soft. The snowman was die cut using a Papertrey die and I hand cut all the pink clothing embellishments. I attached the tree and snowman to the cloud layer and then applied flower soft to the ground area. I layered the window over the scene using mounting tape.
I am off work for the rest of the week and looking forward to a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am sure I will be getting some inky fingers over the long weekend.

Oh, what a wonderful knife (a pity, in Russia it is not yet on sale). I’m sure, now your works will be more cheerful and nicety! Pink dots background is very suitable for this beautiful card and makes it gentle!
Well, Kittie, I hope you’re happy with yourself…hehe! I managed to stop myself from ordering these window dies the first time I saw them on your blog, but this time I couldn’t resist! lol LOVE what you’ve done with them! As usual, your work is superb! Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh my gosh! This is SOOOO beautiful!! I must have missed the other windwow die card but you just made me want that die, that’s for sure!!! Love the soft feel to the card.

I love your card. I am fascinated with all the different ways you can use Madison window. I bought the small die because the big one looked too big unless you have a big card. If I knew how to upload my card I would. I am in Sunny California loving the beautiful weather. But we need rain badly. I would love to follow you in all you do for us.
