Fall Leaves and Leaf Border

Good Monday morning.  I have a clean and simple fall card to share with you today created using Rubbernecker Leaf Border Set and Impression Obsession Leaves Die Set.

Before I start I want to say that I don’t go into complete details on how I colored the die cut leaves in this project.  You can find those details on my blog post here

I used several distress markers to color the leaf border stamp, misted lightly with water and stamped on the cardstock.  I layered the border on deckle cut ruby red cardstock and mounted to the card base with mounting tape

I cut the leaves out of the prepared glossy colorful cardstock and distressed them to create a natural form.  I attached the leaves to the card base with glossy accents and mounting tape

The leaves are very shiny but it doesn’t show very well in the photos. Here’s a little closer view.
