Impression Obsession “Love Is In The Air” Challenge

Good Thursday morning and welcome to the Impression Obsession  “Love Is In The Air” Challenge. Valentine’s Day is just a few weeks away so I thought I would make a traditional red and white card for Bob and me to send to my mother-in-law. I used the Love Border Word framed using the All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2, Foliage and Tiny Flowers.  The red scalloped layer was made using the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.

I cut the frames and attached the two frames together using double stick tape and then attached the Love die to the back of the frame.  I applied strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached to the red scalloped and white layer. I applied strips of mounting tape to the back of the scalloped frame layer and attached to the card base.

I formed the flowers and foliage with my stylus and molding pad.  I cut the foliage pieces apart to create the small spray and attached them to the frame with glossy accents.  I cut small leaves off of a foliage piece and attached them with glossy accents in both of the top corners of the frame.  I attached the small flowers to the corners and larger arrangement to finish.

  3. OMG, this looks so very, very similar to the cards I’m sending out for Valentine’s Day. I just added a peel off sticker behind the LOVE word. Creative minds DO think alike. Love your card.
