Good Sun day morning. My project today is a fun masculine card using the newly released Fishscale Background, Fish Set and Little Fishes framed with the All-in-One Frames Rectangles 2. I had lots of fun coloring the fish. I did a Google search for photos of tropical fish to get coloring ideas. I love to check out Google when I need coloring ideas for flowers, birds, etc.
I used Copic markers to color the multicolored top fish. Sadly the photo of him is not nearly as pretty as it is in person. I used a mini applicator and Spiced Marmalade to color the orange fish as well as the smaller fish. The yellow fish was colored using a mini applicator and Squeezed Lemonade. I layered orange colored cardstock under the yellow fish and bright yellow under the multicolored fish attaching with glossy accents. I applied versa to all the fish and embossed with super fine clear embossing powder.
The fish scale background was attached to the frame using double stick tape and then it was attached to the card base using double stick tape. I usually pop my framed backgrounds up on mounting tape for dimension but for this I wanted the fish to be popped up over the flat surface. All the fish were attached with mounting tape and rolled up glue dots. If you have men to make cards for the fish sets and fish scale background are perfect images to have in your collection.
Thanks for coming by today and I hope you have a great Sunday.
Card size: 5.50” x 4.25”

Oh Kittie,
I really love this card… Not sure if its the colors or the theme but either way, I LOVE it….lol Thank you for sharing your creativity….(although my husband says I have enough dies….silly man…lol)
This is such a colorful card, Kittie. That background die works so well with these fish. Thanks for sharing.
Toutes ces couleurs font que ta carte est superbe. Quelle bonne idée ! Je te souhaite un bon début de semaine !
