Good Monday morning. I have a clean and simple project to share with you today using the Essentials by Ellen Rustic Botanicals Stamp Set paired with the My Favorite Things Gift Box Cover-up.
I secured a piece of hot pressed watercolor paper in my MISTI and stamped both the leaves and flowers multiple times with white pigment ink and then embossed the images using white embossing powder. I used a waterbrush to watercolor the flowers using Worn Lipstick reinker and the leaves using Shabby Shutters reinker, heat set the color and then fussy cut the images. I used my stylus and molding pad to form the flowers.
The sentiment was stamped on the card base using black versafine and the frame was attached to the card base using thin strips of mounting tape. The flowers and leaves were attached to the card base using glossy accents. I filled the center of each flower with a large drop of red liquid pearls and set aside to dry. This card was really fast to make but I had to let it lay float for quite a while to let the liquid pearls dry.
Thanks for coming by to day and I hope you have a great week.

Beautiful card! I really like how you use Distress Inks to do your coloring!
Un joli tampon pour faire une belle carte. Gros bisous
Love your simple card! How many layers did you use for the gift box die? It looks so three dimensional.
