I really love making cute Easter bunny cards. I have no idea how many I have made over the years but they are so fun to send to family and friends. Creating a scene around the bunnies is what I enjoy most and I especially love the white lattice background and pink flowers on my card today. All images are made using Rubbernecker die sets. I used the Nested Rectangle Die set, Nested Rectangle Scallop die set, Circle Lattice Die, Bunnies Die set, Mini Flower Stack Die and Small Leaf Group. The flowers and leaves dies are both included in the Kittie Kraft Basics set. but are also available as individual sets.
I cut the scalloped rectangle frame and rectangle mat frame and attached them together with double stick tape. Then I applied strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame, attached the circle lattice layer and then attached the whole thing to the pink scalloped base using double stick tape.
The bunny ears and nose were colored using a pink Copic marker. The tiny flowers were formed using my Garden Tool Kit stylus and molding pad. The flowers were attached to the leaves with glossy accents and then I tucked the stems in behind the frame and attached with glossy accents. I attached the bunnies in behind the flowers using mounting tape.
I sure do appreciate you coming by today. I hope you are inspired to make your own Easter bunny cards this spring.
