I have a clean and simple card to share with you today using die cut flowers. I wanted to have an all white background with frame openings with pretty colorful spring flowers. I used Rubbernecker 5109 Mixable Flower Stack, 5110D Small Leaf Group, 5100-08D Small Butterfly Die, 5029D Nested Circle Scallop and 465 Wildflower Set. The leaves and butterfly are both included in Kittie Kraft Basics set that Rubbernecker put together for a discounted price.
I started by cutting the three circle openings and the smaller mat circle frames and attached them together using double stick tape. I placed the frame layer in my MISTI and stamped the sentiment using Midnight ink. The frame layer was attached to the card base using strips of mounting tape.
The flowers were formed using my Garden Tool Kit stylus and molding pad and the layers were attached together using glossy accents. The leaves and flowers were tucked in behind the frame openings and attached with glossy accents. I used pre made yellow Nuvo Crystal Drops for the flower centers and to embellish the white butterfly and attached them in place with glossy accents.
I sure appreciate you coming by today and hope you have been inspired to make your own clean and simple card using die cut flowers.
