I have an elegant yet simple framed die cut heart card to share with you today using the Rubbernecker Stamps 5100-14D Smart Heart Outline Stitch Die, 5132D Rectangle Combo #2 OPC Frame, 5109D Mixable Flower Stack and 5110D Small Leaf Group.
The Frame Layers
I cut the rectangle frame die out once in red and again in white. I separated the red and white frame layers and then attached them back together using double stick tape alternating the colors to create lots of colorful contrast. Once all the layers were attached I applied pieces of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attached it to the card base.
The Die Cut Heart and Flower
The die cut heart was attached in the center of the framed opening using mounting tape. I formed the tiny flowers using my stylus and molding pad and attached them together using glossy accents. The leaves were gently formed with my fingers. I attached the leaves and flower to the heart using glossy accents. I attached one tiny white pre made Nuvo Crystal Drop to the center of the flower using glossy accents to finish.
Check out the big sale going on over at Rubbernecker Stamps.
Thanks for coming by today and I hope you get the chance to play in your craft room. Pull out die cut heart of your own and see what you can come up with.
