Good Thursday morning. I have a pretty die cut spring flower bouquet to share with you today made using brand new released dies by Rubbernecker Stamps. I used the 5175-03D Flowers, 5175-06D Flowers and layered the bouquet on the 5119D Nested Circle Scallop w/Holes. Before I start the description of my project I want to draw your attention to the Rubbernecker Year End Sale going on now and through to the end of the year. All the dies I used are on sale for at least 20% off. Now is the perfect time to pull out your wish list and take advantage of this great sale.
Coloring the Flowers and Foliage
- Cut the flower stems and foliage stems several times using white cardstock.
- Apply a light shade of Shaded Lilac over the whole flower section on each stem using a mini applicator.
- Apply a darker shade of Shaded Lilac to the lower portion of the flowers and then finish by adding a darker shade using Dusty Concord ink.
- Apply sparkle to the flowers using a clear overlay pen.
- Apply Shabby Shutters ink over the foliage stems and then added touches of Peeled Paint and Squeezed Lemonade ink.
Assembling the Bouquet
- Attach the white scalloped layer to the blue card base using strips of mounting tape.
- Begin assembling the flower stems starting with the tallest sections and work forward attaching stems together using glossy accents.
- Cut a few of the stems apart and attach them to the lower front section of the bouquet to fill in.
- Apply a good amount of glossy accents to the back of the bouquet stems and attach to the white scalloped layer.
- Finish by attaching a white multi loop bow to the bottom of the bouquet using several glue dots.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my pretty die cut spring flower bouquet. I love how the colors pop against the white background layer. Be sure and hop over to Rubbernecker and check out the great Year End Sale.

Oh my! That sweet bouquet looks like spring. How lifelike and delicate you have made them.
I love the colours you chose.
Thank you for sharing your lovely work this morning. I think I will come back to this post tomorrow morning when the nasty wintry storm we are suppose to be getting hits our area. Brrrrr….
It is absolutely gorgeous and I just love the shading and touch of sparkle too!
Good afternoon Kittie this is gorgeous. Love the color. I can picture a young girl carrying this bought on a special day. ?……hugs
This beautiful bouquet made me stop in my tracks! It is a beautiful reminder that not everything will be snow, snowflakes and snowmen forever. These gorgeously shaded flowers on a crisp white doily will keep us focused on bright and sunny days ahead.
