See how to use the Brass and Bliss Cozy Corner die set to create cozy scene cards with different themes.
Today I’m sharing two different scene cards made using the Cozy Corner set, one with a traditional living room scene and one with a holiday scene. I love how the dies come together to create such a cozy room setting. For the first card I used the Cozy Corner, Nested Rectangle Scallop, Tiny Flower Buds, Nested Rectangle Scallop with Holes and Welcome Spring 6×6 Paper Pad.
This cozy scene card was so easy to put together. I scored the blue layer to create a homey background wall. All the dies sections were cut using solid cardstock with the exception of the chair back and pillow. I assembled all the pieces together using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. The lamp and table were attached to the base using rolled up strips of double stick tape. The chair was attached using pieces of mounting tape. I love how the cats add a bit of life to the scene.
In addition to the Cozy Corner set for the holiday card I used the Window 4 Pane, Greenery #1, Small Flowers #4 and Ho Ho Ho 6×6 Paper Pad to make this cozy holiday scene card.
The red layer opening was cut using a rectangle die and the window was attached directly over the opening. The scene was assembled and attached to the card base and the red window layer was attached over top of it using strips of mounting tape. I added a Christmas tree and tiny poinsettias to create a festive feel. Check out my How to Make a Tiny Christmas Tree post if you would like to see how I assemble the tree.
