Make a simple but elegant card with Christmas window for your friends and family with dies by Brass and Bliss.
I love making a card with a Christmas window filled with a decorated tree. The Winter Window was new in the Brass and Bliss Christmas in July Release. The window is simple yet elegant and would be perfect for any season. I paired the window with the Evergreen Tree, Greenery #1 and Winter Minis.
Card Base and Christmas Tree
- Cut an A2 sized card base and an evergreen tree. Pro Tip: I added an embossed layer to the card base to break up the plain white background.
- Decorate the tree using gold metallic twine, a star from the Winter Minis set and 1/8″ red circles.
- Set the tree and card base aside.
Window Layer with Tree
- Cut the Winter Window out of the blue layer.
- Cut the window again using white cardstock.
- Insert the white window in the blue layer opening, turn it face down and attach it in place with double stick tape.
- Place mounting tape all the way around the blue layer borders.
- Attach the tree to the card base using glossy accents.
- Attach the blue window layer to the card base.
- Finish by decorating the card with Christmas Window with with the snow layer, bow and greenery branches.
These are the items used to make this card with Christmas Window.
