Come see how to decorate your cards with a cozy Christmas fireplace made using newly released dies from the Brass and Bliss “Evergreen Wishes” release.
I have been having so much playing with the new products from the Brass and Bliss “Evergreen Wishes” release. This cozy fireplace scene card is one of my favorites for my Christmas in July posts. All new release items, as well as existing holiday items are marked 20% off until 7/31/26.
For this card I used the Cozy Fireplace, Fireplace Christmas Add On, Skinny Strips, Holly and Berries Layers, Mini Snowflakes, Farmers Market Winter Add On and Tiny Flowers #2.
Card Base and Fireplace
- Use white cardstock to cut an A2 sized card base and red cardstock to cut an A2 size layer.
- Attach the red layer to the card base using double stick tape.
- Use white cardstock to cut eight skinny strips to create the wood plank background and attach them to the card base using double stick tape.
- Cut and assemble the fireplace section and attach them together using mounting tape and Nuvo glue.
- Apply double stick tape to the back of the fireplace and attach it to the card base.
Decorate with Christmas Fireplace Scene
- Cut several pieces of pine sections to create an arrangement on the fireplace.
- Begin attaching the sections starting at the center and continue adding to complete the arrangement.
- Attach the mini snowflakes, ornaments, bow , garland and stockings using glossy accents.
- Create a tiny wreath using only the tips of the pine sections and decorate it with the tiny flowers and bow and attach it to the base using glossy accents.
- Attach tiny wood logs in the bucket and attach them to the base of the fireplace.
- Finish by attaching two tiny packages on the other corner.
