Poochie’s Yard

The Color Challenge on SCS today was to use pumpkin, ruby red and soft sky.  I took the liberty of adding olive and caramel so I could create another project using Whipper Snapper and Anna Wight’s new set-Good Dog!  What a fun set of images this is.  I stamped the dog, masked and stamped the dog house.  I sketched out the fence in the background with an artist pen. I painted all the images with reinkers, sponged on grassy area and added grass sprigs with an olive marker.  I cut the fence posts and scene out so I could pop it up in front of a tree.  I just couldn’t use the dog house and not have a fence and tree.  I cut an additional roof, name sign, ball, bone and bowl of bones, painted and popped up in the scene.  I don’t know if you can tell in the photo but there is a bone on your left half buried in the flower bed. Anna has out done herself with this new set.

  4. Kittie – all of your cards with Anna’s new sets are totally adorable! You need to design a line of scene builder stamps – fence, tree trunk, path, etc for those of us who can’t draw! *wink*
