The Rubbernecker Challenge RBC09 is to use circles. I combined this challenge with the Sunday Featured Stamper Challenge. I loved the circle idea and found some cute Debbie Mumm designer paper that had cute pastel circles perfect for a baby card. I pulled out the Rubbernecker Baby Collection Ducky Pull Toy, stamped on scrap watercolor paper and painted with reinkers. I cut each duck out eliminating the pull string that is included in the image so I could attach the ducks with ribbon. I cut out a white circle and yellow scalloped circle for each duck with Nestabilities dies. I cut a strip of white card stock and cut both sides with scalloped decorative scissors and embossed with a Cuttlebug Dot folder. I used a needle to punch eyelet holes on the borders as well as around the scalloped circle layers. I popped the ducks up on diminensionals and attached them over the little ribbon pulls to give the appearance of them all being hooked together. I thought this turned out so cute and could easily be a card for a new baby boy or girl.
