Card Making Today's Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge is a color challenge to use black, white with a pop of color.  I love black and white cards that have just an accent of some color as it makes a dramatic statement. I chose to work with a couple of Jeanne's images from the new Jeanne Streiff Collection. I especially love the foliage image and thought it would look great done with black embossing against the white background.  I stamped and embossed a few additional images on scrap paper so I could cut them out and pop up for added dimension.  I'm not sure it shows well in the photo. I added additional stem length to the bottom of my bouquet with a black Gelly Roll Glaze pen. I also love the wheat flourish and stamped and embossed it on the main black card layer. Regal Rose is one of my all time favorite SU colors and I thought it would look "regal"  Smile used with this elegant card.

  1. Wow, what a gorgeous card!! I really enjoy seeing your designs! It’s such a shame Rubbernecker won’t ship to the UK…why is that? I’d love to own some of their stamps!
