I always enjoy the SCS Inspiration Challenge. There is always a wonderful, inspiring website or collection to work with. What fun it was to browse the Little Odd Forest site Saturday and find so many unusual purses and accessories to choose from. I was inspired by this purse.
I loved the brightly colored animals on the front tab of the bag and knew Animal Inchies and Floral Silhouettes would be perfect stamps to create a fun jungle scene.
I stamped all the animals and masked them to protect. I stamped the large circle flower a few times and masked them as well. Finally I stamped the foliage image around the scene a few times to complete the jungle. I sponged green around the ground area to fill in and then sponge in the blue sky. My final step was to stamp additional monkey, elephant and lion heads to pop up on the scene for dimension but It is hard to see in the photo. I thought the striped and muted designer paper was the perfect background for this cute scene and the mustard twill was just the perfect embellishment to compliment the mustard lion and giraffe.

Kittie, I LOVE this card. The background paper that you selected goes fantastic with the animal scene and the animal scene looks so realistic. Great job masking too.
Oh how cute Kittie. Love your little jungle scene.
Those little inchies must be a pain to mask!! I like your colors on this….the greens make the jungle with the pop of yellow/orange! Love it!
