Sponged Lace

I got to play in Joan Ervin’s Technique Lover’s Challenge  to create a project by sponging over lace.  Check out Joan’s tutorial here.  I used a piece of 2” wide paper lace ribbon from my floral designing supplies. 

I used Spun Sugar pink ink and sponged it over a piece of white cardstock.  I added a soft multi loop organdy bow for an embellishment and can add an appropriate sentiment when I need a feminine card.  This was a fun, fast and simple card with no stamping involved.
