Teapot Tuesday Challenge- Bad Dogs

Cindy Motherway hosts the Teapot Tuesday Challenge at Splitcoaststampers every Tuesday. Week after week she writes the funniest stories and this week was no exception.  BAD DOGS, BAD DOGS, WHATCHA GONNA DO. The T.E.A. Squad was to be on the lookout for dogs to recruit to work for the police department.  A little sideline of the story is a policeman named Alex  who was injured in the line of duty and has been a little discouraged about being off work for so long. Many of us will be sending our cards to Alex to cheer him up.

My challenge project doesn’t show a bad dog.  He just likes to dumpster dive behind the local McDonalds but he just hasn’t gotten the lids off the trash cans yet. You can probably tell from the expression on his face that he really isn’t the police dog type.

The complete cartoony scene behind Alfie is from the Cat Collection on Rubbernecker. I stamped an extra trash can and lid to pop up in the scene to fill it in a little. Alfie is from the Dog Collection. He was colored, cut out and popped up. I always like having items that go out of the main scene layer and over the card base.

Have a great Wednesday.  The weekend will be here before we know it.
