Good Sunday morning. I have a fun snowman card to share with your today that I made for the Splitcoaststampers Inspiration Challenge. Our inspiration site was At West End and I was inspired by a sweet trio of three felt snowmen.
I loved their moss green hats, green and white scarves and their little twig arms and I set out to make one of my own. Here is what I came up with.
I made my snowman with a circle punch and an oval Nestabilities. I hand cut the little hat and now and attached a moss gingham scarf. I used grapevine twigs to create the pine boughs with attached punched pine. I used the Rubbernecker Evergreen Tree set for the background. I love the woodland country look.
The frame was cut with a deckle oval Nestabilities and I stamped with the SU Sanded background. There is Flower Soft on the ground area behind the snowman but it is hard to see in the photos.
The clock is ticking down to Christmas and we all have lots to do. I hope you don’t over stress and take time to get your fingers inky. Have a great week.

Stinkin’ cute, Kittie. I love how you create scenes. The use of the little twigs, the texture of the fabric (ribbon), the dimension of the flower soft snow …. another Kittie work of art.
You are so creative Kittie. This is the cutest card ever. Love how you added the little twigs.
What a wonderful card. I love the colors. The sanded background and deckle oval give a perfect rustic look. The addition of the twig is wonderful too.
You have done an amazing job on this card. I am not a fan of green but oh my, I do love this card. I just might have to change my thoughts on green because of this. 🙂
