Sparkling Flowers, Rain and Home

Well….it’s back to work tomorrow so this is my last “for sure” post from my time off on vacation.  I love to stamp in the evenings after work but sometimes I just get home too late and am too tired.  Ugh!  As a friend of mine used to say “ somebody in the outfits has to work”. LOL! I guess it has to be me!

I have two fun projects to share with you today.  The first was made for the Technique Lovers Challenge “Let’s Get wet” at Splitcoaststampers.  We were to make a project that represents rain, snow or something wet. Here is what I came up with.

KC Garden Phrase Set 4 right

I used the Rubbernecker sentiment from the Garden Phrase set for my wet part and added stickle sparkles to my flowers and foliage to represent rain drops. It is difficult to see in the  photos.

I made my second project just for fun playing with my new dies..

  2. Your cards make me feel like singing, Kittie! The little house scene is adorable but the PINK card … well, it’s just fabulous! And I can hardly wait to be back “dreaming in my garden”. If you are like some of the rest of us, we have to get back to work to be able to buy more crafting supplies!
