My project today was made for the Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge and I have included a picture of the sketch below.
I turned the sketch on it’s side so I could use another of my favorite Stampin’ Up! sets Long-Time Friend. I stamped the image on watercolor paper and painted with reinker mixed with water.
I added dimension to the image by applying tiny punched flowers and a couple of extra stems to the simple basket scene. I also cut out a second basket handle and popped it up on small glue dots.
I had this paper left on my desk from the card I made for the color challenge and decided it would be perfect for this image as well. I created a double matted frame to add depth to the project and repeat the blue and brown again over the background layers. Click on the photos if you would like to see a closer view.
Have a great day and I appreciate you checking in today.
I’m sorry that I forgot to take a picture of the flower punches.
