Another Monochromatic Belleek Inspired

Happy Saturday morning!  Yeah!  It’s the weekend. I have another monochromatic project to share with you today that I made for the Ways To Use It Challenge. I am so drawn to the Belleek Inspired technique and I thought the white cardstock embossed with the pale plum ink would be beautiful.KC Martha Stewart Punch Flowers 3 left

I love to arrange flowers and foliage around a decorative frame.  The open frame creates a great base for the spray as well as allows the lovely embossed layer to show as well.

Check out my flower tutorials on the upper right hand side of my home page if you would like to see step by step pictures of how I form my flowers and create flower sprays.

  1. Beautiful is the best word to describe this card. Liked the flower tutorial and the porcelain tutorial also. Will try some of these techniques. Thanks. Edna

  2. lovely colors and design. Kittie, what size of paper do you use for the MS around the page punches? I have a great deal of trouble with this. Hope you have a simple measurement and not like the one on the insert with the punch. Please use inches like 1/4 or 1/2 etc. Math is not my cup of tea. I would be soooo happy if you could help. then I can practice and learn how to be creative. you inspire me…..thank you soooo much…..hugs

  3. Another beautiful card! I love the pretty frame and the colors are really feminine. I had to google monochromatic belleek I am not familiar with that term. Okay now I am. When I google the two words together I get your site, so I did the words separate. Belleek Irish? for like beautiful china or poetry?
It certainly is a gorgeous card. Have a great weekend.
