Black and White Inspiration

Good Wednesday morning.  My project today was made for the Splitcoaststampers Clean and Simple challenge and the bathing suit picture below was our inspiration.

Ruffle one piece

I was inspired to make a black and white floral project with the main base being the black floral oval. I created a pretty white flower using the My Favorite Things Pretty Posies die (I can’t stop using that flower) and pairing it with the Leafy Foliage and Punch Bunch Ash Leaf.

I attached the black oval with mounting tape so it would stand away from the white background and have more dimension.

I attached the flower and foliage with Glossy Accents and Glue Dots. I thought the black pearl would finish the flower perfectly. I love how this turned out.

I’m glad you stopped by today.  Check back tomorrow to see the project made using the Memory Box Orchard Tree Frame and my own homemade birdhouse.

  3. Beautiful design and have been a fan of B&W for awhile. Would really like to know if you have a die cut that will make me look like the girl in the photo? 🙁
