Good Monday morning. I have a mini wreath card to share with you today made using Susan’s Mini Petals and Leaves, Fern and Ivy sets along with the Branch Punch.
I cut a small circle using two circle dies to create a base for my wreath. I attached the branch pieces around the circle with glossy accents to form a foliage base. I added leaves and ivy around to fill in the wreath design.
I formed the tiny roses with three petals formed with the loop tool and attached together using crafter’s pick. I attached the roses around the wreath and then added a few more branch pieces to add softness. Here are a couple closer views.
I didn’t have ribbon that matched the roses so I cut a tiny strip of the cardstock, ran it across my paper piercer edge to soften the paper and formed a tiny bow. I thought the bow was the perfect finishing touch to add one more element of rose red to the wreath.
Check out my wreath tutorial if you would like to see step by step photos of how I design my wreaths.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day.
