Good Monday morning. I have a scene to share with you today using the Memory Box Cottage in the Woods, Evergreen Landscape and Puffy Clouds paired with the Impression Obsession Fence Border. I made a similar card back in April using all the same components and same layout. Today’s card was made using Bundle of Joy designer paper and I think it adds such a whimsical look to the trees and sky.
Using these two landscape dies together makes creating dimension very easy. There are two main layers with the fence in between. The ground area of both layers were both crimped to add extra dimension and interest.
I attached the bottom of the layers and fence directly to the card base but left them free along the top borders and trees. I secured all the trees and house with rolled glue dots and to allow them to stand free from the base. I finished by adding foliage and flowers along the borders and placing the clouds in the sky area.
Here’s a side view to show the dimension of the layers.
I love making scenes so this was a fun way to start my week. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day.
