Tulip Wheelbarrow

Good Tuesday morning.  I have a fun country gingham scene to share with you today made using the Impression Obsession Wheelbarrow, Tulip Set, Large Fence, Bird Set, Grass Border and Memory Box Grand Alder Tree

I received the Authentique Flourish paper in my last order and knew it would be fun to play with.  I especially loved the pink gingham and thought it would be a sweet background for a scene. I attached the gingham to a piece of cardstock and attached to the card base with mounting tape.

I cut the wheelbarrow and colored the wheels and handles with a black Copic marker.  I filled it with a small section of grass border and stems and then tucked tulips in the arrangement attaching with glossy accents.

I cut a section of fence using the woodgrain embossed cardstock and attached to the gingham base with mounting tape.  I attached the grass border to the fence line and added a few tulips to match the wheelbarrow arrangement. I cut the alder tree using green cardstock and colored with a dark brown Copic marker, formed the branches lightly with my stylus and molding pad and attached to the scene with mounting tape and rolled glue dots.  I added blue birds to the scene for the finishing touch.

  6. Beautiful card, Kittie. Love the wheelbarrow full of tulips and the birds
The large fence works very well, and the little bird sitting on the fence makes me smile. The whole card makes me smile. This card makes me want to get out and plant, we don’t have a garden, we live in an apartment. I can’t wait to visit my grandchildren again and enjoy their beautiful garden. Spring is my favourite season. Thank you for sharing this beauty today.
