Good Sunday morning. I got new toy in the mail yesterday yesterday and I couldn’t wait to play with them. I love the Lifestyle Crafts Flower Embossing Folder Set and thought the tiny embossed flower background would look pretty in soft blue and cream and paired with my new Poppystamps Claudette Frame. I wanted the background to show as much as possible so I cut the center out using a die from the Nesting Squares set. I created a small floral spray using a flower from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Bunch of Flowers 1 and Impression Obsession Leafy Branch.
I applied the ink to the inside of the flower embossing folder with my brayer, inserted the cream paper and ran through my Big Shot I applied mounting tape to the back of the embossed layer and attached to the card base. I cut the decorative frame and attached it to the embossed layer with thin strips of mounting tape.
I lightly applied ink to the flower center with a mini applicator and formed them with my stylus and molding pad. The foliage was lightly formed with the stylus and molding pad, cut apart and attached the corner of the frame with glossy accents. The flowers were attached with glossy accents and the tiny pearls were inserted for the final finishing touch.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great Sunday.

Lovely cards and they are very like Belleek pottery, which I love. Thank you for your ideas – I am new to papercrafting and still experimenting so being able to tap into the expertise out here in blogland is fantastic xxx
Oh I just love this technique and your cards.
Please can you tell me what ink is it that
you use.
Thanks
Bev.
I was wondering how you have organized your dies since getting the the items from stamp and storage? Would love to see pictures.
Bev , for this card I used Stampin’ Up! Soft Sky. It is a very pale aqua shade. I hope this helps.
Hi Brooke, I’ll try to take some photos soon. I still don’t have all my dies in it and may need to get another tote. Thanks for asking.
Good morning, Kittie! Love everything you make, and the weathered wood pumpkin is definitely one of my favorites! I shall try this very soon! Thank you!
