Good Monday morning. I have a fun card to share with you today with a sweet sentiment from the Warm Fuzzies Sentiments set and using the new Plane With Banner die set paired with the Sun and Moon, Cloud Set and Fir Tree Border, The frame was cut with the Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Card Templates.
The steps to this card are straightforward. I cut the frame, attached the tree border with ATG, applied thin strips of mounting tape and attached it to the card base. I popped the sun and clouds up in the scene with mounting tape.
I cut the plane in red and colored the propeller and wheels with a black Copic marker. I stamped the sentiment on the banner with black versafine and heat set. I applied mounting tape to the back of both the plane and banner and attached them to the card base. Fun, fast and easy but oh so cute and cheerful!
Thanks for coming by today and I hope you have a great week.
Card size: 5.50” x 4.25”

Adorable card! Such cute design and sweet banner message. Like the way you’ve placed all those neat die cuts. Your scenes are always so wonderful! 🙂
So cute Kittie,…been waiting for you to use that plane…I have loved it but wanted to see the size…now I am off to order it.
It can carry a lot of messages…now to get those small stamps…Ha!
Hi Kittie
This is a darling card
It would be great to send to my grandchildren
Can I ask you a question about the Christmas Morning card you made
I ordered the stamp & pine bough to make them but don’t know the paper colors you used & also is there a video showing how you colored the arch.
I love that card & want to make them for my Christmas cards
Thank you so much for all your inspiration you give us. Your cards are GREAT
Very cute card, love that little plane. Nice quick and simple card and its as adorable as any.
Good Afternoon, Kittie. This is so cute, I just sent an order to Ellen, an now have a new wish list.with this cute, cute, card. Good for the Great-grand- Children. Inspired again. …have a good day.
Hi Linda, For the Christmas Morning card I used red Stampin” Up! real red and old olive cardstock. I forgot to list it on my post. I don’t have a video for how I colored the arch. I used Ranger Distress Reinkers-Vintage Photo and Antique Linen to watercolor it with a watercolor brush and water. I sure hope this helps. Kittie
Wonderful! I LOVE this card, especially the sentiment. I can imagine receiving this in the mail and feeling so cared about. TFS.
Kittie, I send you a Hug too…
and I want to say Thank you sooo much for all the wonderful Inspiration!!
The card is Great, I love it!

Kittie, I just love your work. It is such an inspiration and I had to switch to a whole new die storage system because of all the dies you make me want to buy : )
Could you please tell me how you use the sun die? I purchased it and am confused as the center is cut out but all the samples have the center attached. Do you cut a larger circle of the same cs and attach it to the back of the ring of the sun? I love how it looks but need to know how to get that look. Thanks!
Hi Patricia, I am happy that you find my blog inspiring and I sure know what you mean about collecting dies. I am totally addicted. LOL!
Yes. I cut a larger circle and put it on the back of the sun. It also looks cute layered on top of the opening allowing the rays to shoot out from the back. Did that make sense? I hope this helps. Thanks for your lovely compliment.
Thanks for the reply! This does make sense. I can’t wait to actually use this die : )
What a fabulous scene Kittie.
This is a very cute card! It made me smile! The colours are great, love the sentiment. Thank you for sharing this inspiring card today.
