Good Thursday morning and welcome to the Impression Obsession Design Team “Ghoulish Greetings” challenge. My spooky project today was made using the newly released Witch Flying, Wide Tree, Picket Fence, Cat Set and Halloween Set. I love creating Halloween projects with black silhouette images against a background made using designer paper with small patterns. The word Tombstone is prominent and I thought it would be fun to create a spooking fenced entry into a cemetery with spooky branches, bats , cats and of featuring the fly witch as the star of the show. Taking pictures of lots of black is a challenge for me as it is hard to get everything to show well.
I cut the rectangle fence using the Nesting Card Templates, applied thin strips of mounting tape to the back and attached to the designer paper card base. I cut the fence in two pieces, attached both sections to the front of the frame with 1/4” double stick tape and attached it to the front of the fence. I left enough of the fence free to swing out to create the open gate.
I cut several wide tree sections and attached one at the top of the card with glossy accents. I cut up the others to use as spooky branches and weeds growing up and around the fence. I attached the witch and cats in the scene with mounting tape and finished by attaching a couple of bats to the scene with glossy accents. I find this a spooky, ghoulish greeting. How about you?

Another AWESOME card, Kittie!! But am I surprised? Heck No!! You ROCK!! 🙂
FAB Halloween card! I so like the design, framed tree and other cuts. I was watching the cat on the fence who was watching the low-flying witch, wondering if he was going to try to jump on-board her broom for a ride. Heehee! 🙂
Kitty, love the attention to detail. The cat on the fence is the added touch.
Kitty, you sure make me wish I was born a little more rich instead of soo darn good looking. I want all of these dies and stamps.
There are a lot of elements to this scene. The DP paper base is such an added feature as it’s subtle, yet stands out. Great card, Kittie!
As always…all the perfect elements. Such a cute Halloween card. Love it.
Wow, very involved card, and as usual you nailed it! The background paper is just perfect!

Love your card! All the branches sticking out makes it even creepier~
