Good Tuesday morning. I love the color purple of the Bazzill Sour Grape paper and seem to be reaching for it a lot this past week or two. I especially love the purple die cuts layered on an all white background. My project today was made using the new Impression Obsession Ornate Square Frame and the For You sentiment die. This is a fast, clean and simple card measuring 4.75โ square.
I cut the white layer and attached it to the card base with strips of mounting tape. I cut the frame, turned the sections face down and connected them together with double stick tape. I applied thin strips of mounting tape around the back of the frame and attached it to the card base. I cut a second frame and attached the square section of the frame over top of the first using rolled up strips of 1/4โ double stick tape. I liked having the additional layer of dimension.
I rolled another strip of 1/4โ double stick tape and applied it to key places on the back of the sentiment words and attached them to the card base. I like that this is so pretty and intricate and yet so simple.
Thanks for coming by and I hope you have a wonderful day.
