Christmas Angel

Good Friday morning.  My project today is a clean and simple Christmas card made using the Impression Obsession Angel paired with the Pine Sprig Cluster, a poinsettia made using a flower from the Spring Wreath set and the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Rectangle Stackables.

I started by layering the scalloped red layer to the green using mounting tape.  I added another element of dimension by attaching the green layer to the card base with mounting tape.  I attached  small pieces of mounting tape to the back of the angel and attached it to the card base.

I tied a gold organdy multi loop bow and attached it to the angel with glue dots.  I tucked a few pine sprigs under the bot and attached with glossy accents.  I finished by creating a small poinsettia and attaching it in the center of the bow with glue dots.

This delicate die cut angel is so pretty and I think it looks perfect against the red.  Thanks for coming by and I hope you have a great weekend.
