I have three projects to share with you today made using the Spellbinders June Card Kit of the Month. There are so many elements I wasn’t quite sure where to start. I love so many of them but have to admit I really loved the flower and foliage dies in the set. You’ll see I used them on all three of my cards.
I love the designer paper with the pretty blue flowers and tiny yellow buds. The blue and green cardstock in the kit matched the pattern perfectly. The pretty delicate lacy doilies are a soft and feminine addition to the paper and created a perfect background for the floral arrangement. The largest lace doily was attached t the blue strip using double stick tape. The smaller doily was attached using a piece of mounting tape. I cut the flowers and formed them using my stylus and molding pad. I cut several sections of foliage to use as the base for the arrangement. I attached the largest flower to the doily using glossy accents and then tucked the foliage under the flower and attached with glossy accents. I finished by attaching the smaller flowers to the foliage with glossy accents and applied the tiny yellow pre made Nuvo Crystal drops to the flower centers.
The black paper with the red, yellow and pink flowers was so pretty and I thought it would look great with the red cardstock, butterfly and gold flowers and foliage. This is a little out of my wheelhouse but I love how it turned out. I cut the designer paper in half and trimmed it with a section of gold cardstock. I attached both pieces to the red card base using ATG adhesive. I traced the butterfly on the red cardstock and then cut it out with my snips to use as a base for the butterfly. I attached the two butterfly sections together using glossy accents. and then attached them to the card base with pieces of mounting tape. I attached the flower and foliage to the butterfly using glossy accents. I attached the sentiment with mounting tape and finished by adding a few more pieces of foliage.
I created a smaller 4.25″ square card using the white and gold banner layered on the pink gingham. I loved the die cut heart and thought it looked so perfect with the addition of the single flower and pieces of foliage. I cut the banner die in white and gold and attached them together using double stick tape and then attached them to the card base using double tape. I used the die cut heart as a stencil to trace on a piece of white cardstock, cut it out and attached it to the back of the heart using rolled up pieces of double stick tape. I attached the heart to the banner using pieces of mounting tape and then embellished with the little white flower and a foliage section.
The Spellbinders June Card Kit of the Month has so many great elements, pretty pieces of designer paper and matching cardstock and ribbon. The Spellbinders kits are a perfect way for a new paper crafter to get started.

Good morning Kitty! All three of your cards are lovely but I absolutely love the blue flower card! It is so fresh and pretty and something comforting about it. The red is bold and beautiful and I always love anything gingham check so sweet and simple. Great job!

J’aime beaucoup ce petit die qui ressemble à mes petites fleurs perfo. Trois jolies cartes s’en sont inspirées. Gros bisous
