Today’s adorable die cut turkey card comes together in no time thanks to a brand new die set from Rubbernecker.

When you see how fast and easy this adorable die cut turkey card is to make you might be looking for excuses to send them to your friends and family. I used the brand new Crazy Turkey die from Rubbernecker, added a saying from their Give Thanks Sayings stamp set and popped everything into a fast Deckle Frame for a little accent.

Elements from Rubbernecker including a brand new turkey builder die set came together on this adorable die cut turkey card.

Honestly, this is so fast and easy; it would be a perfect project to make with the kids. And the expression on that cute turkey’s face just cracks me up! Here are the instructions for the making – does it get any easier?

Card Base, Frame and Sentiment

  • Use white cardstock to cut an A2 sized card base.
  • Cut the Deckle Frame using dark red cardstock.
  • Secure the card base in the MISTI and use the frame to line up where you want the sentiment to appear.
  • Place the stamp, remove the frame and stamp the Give Thanks Saying sentiment.
  • Apply strips of mounting tape to the back of the frame and attach it to the card base. NOTE: The entire process takes less than three minutes!

The silly expression on this feathered fella on today's adorable die cut turkey card is all part of the new die set from Rubbernecker used to make him.

The Crazy ADORABLE Turkey

  • Cut the Crazy Turkey die using yellow, green, dark red, light and dark orange cardstock.  Note:  It may seem wasteful to cut the whole die out so many times but I saved all the unused parts for the next time I make the turkey.
  • Assemble the body parts and attach them together using glossy accents.
  • Attach one layer of the turkey feathers to the back of the body using glossy accents.
  • Offset the second layers of feathers behind the front row and attach them using glossy accents.
  • Apply pieces of mounting tape to the back of the body and several feathers and attach to the card base. NOTE: This part of making took another five-ish minutes.

An adorable die cut turkey card made with a new die set from Rubbernecker to make the main character, complete with his silly facial expression.
