Come see how to make this white on white elegant frame card with colorful flowers using dies made by Brass and Bliss.
I love how these colorful flowers pop against the white on white elegant frame and background, Brass and Bliss released several new flower die sets over the last couple of month and I have used the ones listed to create the floral arrangement. Build a Bloom Anemones, Build a Bloom Hollyhock, Build a Bloom Clematis, Sunlit Blossoms, Tropical Birds and Leaves (foliage), Decorative Floral Circle, Classic Nested Circle.
Frame
- Use white cardstock to cut an A2 sized card base and the decorative flayer.
- Place the layer back on the cutting platform, line up the nested circle die and secure it in place with masking tape.
- Run through the machine to create the frame.
- Apply pieces of mounting tape all around the back of the frame and attach it to the card base.
Flowers and Foliage
- Cut the flowers using colorful cardstock.
- Enhance the colors by applying ink using blending brushes.
- Form the flowers using a stylus and molding pad and assemble the sections and attach them together using Nuvo glue.
- Cut the foliage sections using green cardstock.
- Attach the largest flower to the card base using a piece of mounting tape. Pro Tip: The mounting tape allows the flower to be on the same level as the frame.
- Attach the next sized flower to the card base using glue.
- Tuck the leaves and branches in behind the flowers and attach them using glue.
- Adhere the little hollyhock flowers to the stems and tuck them in behind the large flower and foliage.
- Use glue to attach the smaller flowers to the foliage to complete the arrangement.
