Come see how to make this festive market stand card for your dimensional Christmas cards.
I love making dimensional cards and had lots of fun making this festive holiday stand with Christmas wreaths, boughs, tiny poinsettias and trees. You can shop for almost everything you need to decorate as well a hot cup of cocoa to worm up with. for this project I used the Farmers Market Stand and the Winter Add On, Deckle Hills, Small Flowers #6, Winter Cocoa, Splatter Background.
Assemble the Festive Market Stand
- Cut the sections using colors of your choose.
- Attach the two canopy sections together using Nuvo adhesive.
- Attach the stand counter sections together with adhesive and then attach them to the stand base using a thin strip of mounting tape.
- Apply double stick tape to the back bottom of the base and a strip of mounting tape to the top back base and attach it to the card.
- Attach the posts to the card base using Nuvo adhesive.
- Apply a strip of mounting tape to the back of the canopy and attach it to the card base.
- Attach a section of snow to the bottom of the card and attach it using a strip of mounting tape.
Assemble the Accessories
The card has tons of parts and pieces but aren’t hard to assemble.
- Die cut all the accessory sections.
- Cut the wreath, bows and evergreen sections and attach them to the stand.
- Assemble the parts and pieces and to create the arrangements, trees, gifts and cocoa cups and attach them to the stand.
- Attach ornaments to the trees. Pro Tip: I used Nuvo Crystal Drops to make the ornaments. I applied several drops of each color on a non stick sheet, let them dry and attached them using touches of glue.
